The Process of receipe

🐟First, I will clean a pan and put it on the stove, and there I will add the chopped onion and bay leaf and fry them well with oil.

🐟Then, when the onions are fried, I add salt and turmeric to them.

🐟Then I will add all the powdered spices along with ginger paste and garlic paste.

🐟Then I'll grind the spices well for about five minutes.

🐟The spices are done grinding. I will give you the cut and washed fish.

🐟Then, fry the fish until it is well-cooked.

🐟Then I will add everything here, including potatoes, tomatoes, and beans, and fry it well for about five minutes, and then I will add my cooked fish here again.

🐟Stir everything well and cook again for about two minutes, and then add water.

🐟If everything is fine, check the salt. I'll put a spoonful of fried dhuna jira on top.

🐟Then I will cook for another two to three minutes, and then my delicious fish broth will be ready.
