Every person likes to eat delicious food very much, but if the food is different at different times, the taste of the food increases, and if the same type of food is eaten repeatedly, then there is aversion to that food, even if that food is very delicious, the real taste of the food is no longer there, if we eat the same food repeatedly, we do not want to eat that food again.

That is why we all need a variety of food sometimes to get the real taste of food, we can get the real taste of food by eating different types of food at different times, we ourselves can also arrange different types of food at our own homes from time to time, if we arrange different types of food from time to time, then we will never get aversion to food.

That's why many of us sometimes go out and eat different types of food, especially when we go somewhere to travel or go out for some work, we try to eat different types of food in different restaurants or hotels, and sometimes we organize different types of food for special events or special days, we like to eat those foods a lot more at that time.

The month of Ramadan ended a few days ago, in this month of Ramadan we organize some special foods during Iftar, the foods that we like to eat a lot, many times eating those foods removes the fatigue of fasting all day long during Ramadan, everyone tries to organize good food during Iftar during the month of Ramadan.

We sometimes buy food from the market during Iftar and sometimes we make it ourselves at home. The food bought from the market is much tastier, although those foods have much less nutritional value, and the nutritional value of home-made food is much better. Home-made food is most often healthier, that is why it is necessary to eat more home-made food.

During the month of Ramadan, every house has some essential foods. We often make the snacks ourselves at home, but most of the time we buy them from the market. The two main ones are Bundiya and Chola But. Every fasting person has these two foods in their house. Everyone tries to have these foods during Iftar. These two foods are much tastier.

Chickpeas are usually a spicy food, it has to be cooked well with oil along with onions and chilies, to cook chickpeas, you have to soak them very well in water, if you do not soak them well in water before cooking chickpeas, then these chickpeas do not cook well and do not taste good, that is why prior preparation is required to cook chickpeas.

The second food is Bundiya, it is basically a sweet food, it is made with sugar and sweet products, many people like it because it is small and sweet with bones, especially the small children of the house like to eat it a lot, to make it into a bun, you have to cook it well with enough sugar and oil, every fasting person will have Bundiya in their house during the month of Ramadan.

Although there are two types of food, chickpeas and bundiya, these are the foods that all fasting people have in their homes during this time. When these two foods are mixed with muri, a mixture of salt and sweetness is created, which enhances the taste of the food. If you have sharbat with this food, the fatigue of fasting without eating all day is gone.
