Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barkatuhu.

Dear friends, I hope you are all well and healthy by the great mercy and grace of Allah. I am also well and healthy by your prayers and the endless mercy of Allah Almighty.

One of the main ways to achieve success in human life is hard work. Without hard work, no individual, family or nation can reach the peak of progress. However, not all hard work is beneficial. The hard work that is based on justice, honesty and humanity is real hard work. On the other hand, the work that is spent for wrong purposes, in illegal ways or to the detriment of people can be called unjust hard work. Although such hard work seems temporarily profitable, in the end it brings disaster to the individual, family and society.

One of the examples of unfair labor is bribery, corruption, fraud, theft, robbery, robbery, drug trafficking, manufacturing adulterated products, embezzling people's wealth or abusing power to earn money. Although hard work is involved in these activities, it is not acceptable from a moral and religious point of view. Because these activities violate the rights of others and create instability in society.

Unfairly acquired wealth never brings lasting happiness. Many people live a luxurious life by earning money illegally, but they always fear - when the law will catch them, when they will lose respect in society or when they will have to suffer the consequences of their actions. As a result, they do not have real peace in their lives.

Unfair labor is also highly condemnable from a religious point of view. Islam has given special importance to halal earnings. In the Quran, Allah Almighty has forbidden people to enjoy each other's wealth unfairly.

In conclusion, it can be said that hard work is the key to human progress, but that hard work must be based on justice, honesty and legality. Unjust labor can never bring true happiness, peace or respect. Rather, it leads people to moral degradation, social humiliation, legal punishment and accountability in the afterlife. Therefore, each of us should avoid the path of injustice and build our lives through honest, legal and beneficial labor. Only then will real progress and peace be established in all areas - the individual, the family, society and the state.
